量大的缺点，同时也避免了有热再生空气干燥机电能损耗大的缺点。该干燥机具有切换时间合理，再生气耗量少，是目前净化
行业最经济的节能型吸附式干燥机，被广泛应用于冶金、电力、电子、食品、化工、石油、医药、轻纺、烟草、仪表、自动控
制等行业。
Externally heated purge desiccant compress air dryer is a new economy product develop by our company; it’s also the
advance one in internal market. This series product integrating advantages of heat-dxists purge and heatless purge, externally
heating the purge air, reduce. It’s consume. It efficientlty avoid disadvantages, short switching time and consuming most
purge air of heatless dryer and wasting electricity of common dryer. This product has got rationally switch time, little purge
air consume, also been the most economical Desiccant Dryer in this line and widely used in metallurgy, electrical, electron,
foodstuff, chemical industry, petroleum, medicine, light industry, cigarette, apparatus, auto industry and so on.

■ 再生气量(Purge air)：≤4 ~ 6%
■ 工作压力(Working pressure)：0.4～1.0Mpa
■ 进气含油量(Inlet oil content)：≤0.01ppm
■ 成品气压力露点(Outlet air pressure dew point)：-20℃ ～ -70℃
■ 干 燥 剂(Desiccant)：活性氧化铝(Activated aluminum)或(or)分子筛(Molecular siere)
■ 工作周期(Working periods)：T= 60～180分钟(Minutes)
■ 进气温度(Inlet temperature)：0℃～45℃ |
