压缩空气干燥机常用的主要有冷冻式压缩空气干燥机和
吸附式干燥机两种类型,其中冷干机具有无气量损耗,能耗低
的温度优点,但却有露点温度的局限性,而吸干机虽具有露点
低的优点,但却有再生气量损耗大,能耗高的缺点。我公司研
制开发的低露点组合式压缩空气干燥机,就是综合了冷干机与
吸干机的各自优点,通过合理的管道连接和容量搭配,最大限
度的发挥二者的优点,从而达到最佳经济运行点和高品质的低
露点成品气。
Refrigerate compress air dry and desiccant compress
air dryer are two type of compress air dryer in common use.
Refrigerated compress air dryer has advantage of no air
wasted and low energy consumes, but it’s localized on dew
polint. Through desiccant compress air dry has advantage
of low dew point, it has disadvant age of purge air waste and
high energy consume. Our company developed low dew
point combined compress air dryer. It integrated advantages
of refrigerated compress air dryer and desiccant compress
air dryer, optimizing connection of pipeline and content, has
reach the perfect of economical high quality low dew point air.
由压缩机来的高温高湿压缩空气,首先在换热器中与干燥过的低温压缩空气进行热交换,降低温度,然后进入蒸发器被进
一步降温,在蒸发器中大部分气态水分子冷凝成液态水被排出。此后含湿量很低的压缩空气进入吸附筒内被进一步干燥除湿,得
到更低露点的成品气,最后低温的干燥压缩空气进入换热器,冷却高温高湿的入口空气,同时本身温度也升高,防止了输送的管
路外结露,升温后的干燥压缩空气一小部分用作吸附剂的再生,提高再生效率,降低能耗。
First, high-temperature, high-humidity compressed air come out from compressor make heat exchange with dried lowtemperature
compressed air in the heat exchanger, to reduce its temperature, then enter into evaporation, tempe rapture been
further reduced, there a majority of steam cond ensate to water and be drained. There a majority of steam cond ensate to water
and be drained. Then the low-humidity compress air enter into the adsorbing barrdl, been runther dried and get more lower
dew point air. At last low-temperature dry compress air enter into heat exchanger to cooling high-temperature, high- humidity
inlet air, meanwhile get higher temperature itself, prevent the out part of pipeline from dewing, a small part of high temperature
air be for regeneration, enhance regenerating efficiency and reduce energy consume.
